The FO7890 PIN-FET Receiver Module integrates a high-performance PIN photodiode with a low-noise, discrete transimpedance amplifier (TIA), delivering exceptional sensitivity for fiber-optic sensing and communication systems.

This PIN-FET receiver module designed for fiber optic gyroscopes (FOG), precision fiber sensors, and high-speed optical measurement, the FO7890 series provides excellent responsivity, wide bandwidth, and extremely low noise performance.

Incoming light is coupled through single-mode optical fiber for stable, high-reliability operation across wavelengths from 400–1100 nm and 1100–1650 nm, depending on configuration.

This PIN-FET receiver module is ideal for OEM manufacturers building high-precision inertial systems, structural monitoring systems, optical measurement platforms, and industrial fiber-optic communication equipment.
